List the roles, duties and requirements (What you'll do):


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
  • Generate and Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
  • Development and expansion of market for new products & other opportunities. Perform market research and construct a sales pipeline.
  • Build New Channel partners across the country Build & maintain strong relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
  • Prepare custom client techno-commercial proposals and presentations Preparation of tender documents.Ensure that commercial submissions to tenders are fully complied with all necessary details

  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and partners.
  • Travel PAN India
  • Follow-ups with client for Payments.
  • Planning & Monitoring of upcoming & existing projects. Co-ordination with team members and clients for project executions until handover.

Desired Candidate profile:


  • Must have experience of Sales and Marketing of Linear heat detection systems, Fire Alarm system, Fire Detection system, Building management system,High Voltage Equipment,Electrical Equipments OR Electrical Panel Equipments
  • Able to conduct in person and online presentations & demonstrations of electrical equipment Comfortable to travel Pan India & abroad.
  • Knowledge of Fire detection equipments, High Voltage, Power Systems, HV and MV Switchgears, Sub-station Equipment etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with good commercial knowledge & negotiation skills Passion to learn and grow high.
  • Must have good communication skills in English

  • Comfortable to travel Pan India & abroad
  • Knowledge of Fire detection equipment's, Fire alarm systems, High Voltage, Power Systems, HV and MV Switch-gears, Sub-station Equipment etc.
  • Techno Commercial, Key Account Management, Technical Sales, Business Intelligence Development
